Spiritual Parenthood

Paul and his team lived like Spiritual Parents to the Thessalonians. They preached the truth of Jesus to them, loved them deeply, they sacrificed for them, and they desired their good, just like a parent would do for their own child. The call of these verses is that we would continue imitating Paul and Christ's example and to be spiritual parents to the world around us so that some might be saved from the wrath of God.
