Sunday Morning Classes

Equipping Classes

Equipping Classes are short-term classes usually lasting 6-10 weeks and focusing on a particular topic of discipleship or equipping for ministry. These classes vary throughout the year. Current classes starting September 15 include:

  • Equipping Class: Galatians - Join Pastors Josh and Caleb as we begin a new Equipping Class through the book of Galatians. This study will kick off on Sunday, September 15th at 11am in Room D-7 and runs through the end of November.
  • Equipping Class: The Body as Biblical Counselors - Join Pastor Kurt for “The Body as Biblical Counselors” beginning Sunday, September 15th at 11 to help prepare each of us to counsel our brothers and sisters through the difficulties in life. Each class will be one hour and will include all the notes and guides you will need to move forward in your call to counsel friends, family and the church body.
  • Equipping Class: Biblical Citizenship – How does Scripture help us navigate the complex social issues facing the United States? Join Pastor Jeff & Denise Bennett to investigate what the Bible says about topics that dominate conversations in our culture. This class begins Sunday, September 15th at 11am in room D-1.

Community Hour Classes

Community Hour Classes meet weekly on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30 am. service. These classes are typically year-round and are geared around a set curriculum or book of the Bible. Current classes include:

  • Growing Through Life’s Challenges (Room D-2)
  • The NIV Standard Curriculum (Room D-3)
  • Proverbs (Room D-4)
  • Free Spirits Class for Women (Room D-6)
  • The Gift of Faith (Room D-7)
  • The Letters of Peter (Room D-8)
